A New Strategic Alliance:
Cooperation Among Sovereign Nations
United States, Russia and China
Versus the British Empire

“…We have to accept the reality that the present world international monetary-financial system is crashing, and nothing will ever save this system. There will never be a recovery of this system, in the present form. However, bankruptcy reorganization is a part of life. And if a number of great powers were to agree to break the present system, and start a new system, a recovery would be possible...” (excerpt from Lyndon LaRouche presentation)

The following is excerpted from a private discussion between Mr. LaRouche and some of his leading associates, on Septmeber 17, 2011:

So we're at that point. We now have to think about ourselves, as agents of the future. The future has not only come knocking at the door, it has come knocking at the door of the President of the United States, it's come knocking at the door of Geithner, in Poland, and other places like that. And the time has come, that a clear understanding of why a three-power agreement is necessary to bring into being, the United States, Russia, and China; and we're on the verge of being able to do that, from any forecaster's standpoint. From any forecaster's reasonable standpoint, we're on the verge of bringing about, by our will, because the possibility now exists, partly because of what we've done, and the methods we used to get to this point, at the point where the Russia-U.S.-China cooperation is the key to the future.

Once that cooperation is established, among those three powers, everybody on this planet, practically, will join us. But you have to set the pattern first: You have to, again, look into the future, and see what the future will give, if you try to bring other forces into play, initially! If you try to bring India in, for example, and make a four-power agreement, you will kill the possibility of success! Because the Indians are not capable of coming together with the U.S., Russia, and China, because the British factor inside the British Indian population is too great. You will have many Indians, who will want that; probably a majority of the leading Indians will want that. But there'll be the British control factor, which will not allow it. And it'll be of that factor in India to sabotage a four-power agreement, as opposed to a three-power agreement, is the problem.
